1/24/2017 update. System started to work after update. After some time Iit went bad again. Now I can only view my cam while locally connected thus I can't connect to cam while out and about. (1st post) The app worked great. Unfortunately it no longer will allow me to view (working) camera. Im able to see updated thumbnail view. Full screen wont load anymore. Reinstallation with system reset... No luck. Cam will now show up on add screen. When i click "done" it restarts and is not added.

The app recognizes the camera on my network but gives "invalid Id" message and will not display the camera. The P2P ID does not begin with MEYE (it's JWEV). I have no issues with the MEYE I Ds only JWEV. I've manually reset the camera as well as remotely via the app and receive the same invalid ID message. Wish the developer would make JWEV ID'S compatible with the app.

I've had a nightmare with this app and the Sricam cameras I tried to install, I've tried everything to get them working but after two days I've give up! Issues with wifI if power is lost. Ridiculous!

Been using it for a couple years now and it works great 90% of the time. Does anyone know if it runs off a server some where other than my house

1 chance in 10 chance of connecting. Just sits and spins. Hardly ever connects then drops out shortly thereafter.

June 7 2016... I hate this app it take a lot time to load my camera images ....when am out of home I try to check my camera videos and it takes forever ...mad :/

Not very reliable when you're trying to move a camera does not like medium or weak signals

worked awesome! Easy to set up and has a lot more options than I originally thought. I would love to be able to access it from my computer but there doesn't seem to be a version for windows 10. Love it though!

A lot of people are complaining that it doesn't work. Yes, there is some setup to do. Once you have it setup correctly it works great. It takes some knowledge of setting up the ip for the camera but the instruction do show you how to do it. You just need to follow the steps. The pan and tilt controls do lag a bit, but they do work. The resolution is decent and the sound quality is ok enough to get the job done. The app does work as long as you have the camera setup on your comp first. Wireless works also!

I have installed this app both on my Nexus 10 tablet and on my galaxy s5 telephone. It does exactly the same thing on both. This is what happens - I install the program and, per the instructions, I power up the camera and connected via an ethernet cable to my router. Then, using the app, i scan the barcode at the bottom of the camera to pull up its credentials. After that it should be a simple matter of telling the camera to connect. It never ever ever does connect. It says connecting connecting connecting and then it says offline. That's it! I've tried all kinds of different ways of doing this and it will never connect the camera on either the tablet or the phone. If tech support doesn't call me back soon, I will certainly demand a refund of the camera and delete this app.

You don 't have to set up any savvy configuration. If you see it on the lan, you 'll see it anywhwere. Remote access, is not a problem

Took awhile but the more I messed around with it, the more I learned how to use it. A manual would be great! At least a comprehensive one.

I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE CAMERAS,AND IT WOULDN'T EVEN REGISTER DUE TO NOT HAVING A MAC ADDRESS...WTF? THEN,SENT IT BACK AND GOT A REPLACEMENT. THE WINDOWS PROGRAMS SUCKS,DOESN'T WORK OR LOAD ANYTHING,THEN THE THIS APP DOESN'T DO ANYTHING EITHER. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE! !!

It was working fine until the audio all of the sudden stopped working. It also has a delay. It takes forever before it turns the way I want it to turn.

Sometimes i turned it on.and right away crash.i have to forse close.and start again.quality its ok for basic luve cam but you guys can inprove that by update your app with something else.

Nice application, however it need to support camera viewing through internet. I have my camera installed in home, and I need to view it while I am away. I cannot do that with this app. My camera supports DynDNS, but it is uselless.

Dropped to 1 star after update. Still can't shut the app off without going into app manager. Why can't you exit the app from the main screen? Drops at least one of my cameras everyday. It's just getting worse with no signs of improvement and no response from the developers. Buy a different camera and save yourself the headache.

Ok I just wish I could use it more often on lte usually it tries to load then kicks me back out unless I'm on Wi-Fi

Itried to setup my camera on a fiew devices...but it just keeps restarting... I tried to setup the camera on Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy Tab2, Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and Iphone 4S... Onely the last 2 were working.

Works .... but night time is not good. Also refuses to send mail or take video / picture during alert ..so next to useless

Shud ave the option of rotating 180 degrees also need to sort out the night vision if it's on the other side of a window as this doesn't work unless it's fixed outside

Always goes off line. Cam will pan by itself and faces house wall which makes it useless. Control isn't user friendly. Preset won't work.

For only watching, for record it you can't play it. I allready use moliplay etc. Its useless now..

Rubbish have to reset router every time the app. Is used to view next time to view only way is to re boot router

Cameras are viewing great but they: 1. Don't record on events. You have your manually record. 2. You can only hear when the person is directly on the camera. 3. The power cords are way too short. 4. You can't reach tech support during EST. Every time there's a software upgrade you lose all your camera viewing.

This is a wonderful app I love the features but need more working need to adjust the color and the speed I would give this 4 stars keep on developing and improving on this app I like the connection speed of a camera that takes literally three seconds to connect I love that but just give this out more features Thanks

At home works well as soon as I'm somewhere else it's laggy if I'm lucky enough to have it load keeps saying online but doesn't connect

Works great on android spot on iphones and I pad

Easy to setup and use plenty of extras like ptz snapshot small video capture well great app

Need the manual with some details about operation.

Points off only for the setup. The camera documentation said to use three different apps. Only this one was the correct app. Once setup this worked far better than I expected!

It shows verrry slow. Every 30 secs once, image is updated. But tried with another phone, it works fine. I hate it coz it doesn't do the job well in my phone. Also setting up cam, had many restarts

This program sometimes locks up within 2 minutes of accessing my sri-cam though i notice that the camera can still be controlled although the picture remains frozen on the phone. when the picture remains current to what the camera is sending it is great. Programmer, i will be holding your 5 star rating hostage until this is resolved. (ululating loudly and shooting an AK-47 into the air!!)

It loads and a few times it makes it through to the camera, but most of the time it wont. It also makes the connection slower than it is

Bought cameras and this is the app they said to get. I got it was easy to paired but. No alarm.vision is pitiful. Focus is slow. No remote detection alarm was what I needed the most for my father in law. Hope this can be fixed ever soon. I need it.
