Downloads,installs, then says upgrade. (No upgrade available). Then erases everything. Keep trying. Good idea.

I am able to download and read the spring edition but when I try to download the summer edition it says that the MIB is not compatible. It says that I need at least version 4.1. I checked and I have version 4.1. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still does not let me download the summer edition.
