ProxyDroid is an app that can help you to set the proxy (http / socks4 / socks5) on your android devices.

Its not working on Android-x86 There is libexec.so error . Further on Phoenix OS based on Android-x86 7.1.1 ,it actually connects to proxy server but fail to run on whole system level. IPTABLES 1.4.20 and root access is available .However it runs fine on Remix OS based android-x86 6.0.1

Works as advertised. Great app for plugging socks5. Works awesome with firefox. Dns sometimes leak, but if you keep switching on and off it eventually sticks. Just check ip on online service before continuing.

Seems dns proxy doesn't work with socks proxy. Just same settings on mac works just fine. If ip dns name is resolved by local dns - proxy works, but who needs that :( Please fix!

Would give it 5 stars. It keeps vibrating even after I unchecked the Vibrate option, though.

I'm not sure if I'm missing a configuration. But it would be better to route DNS through the SOCKS5 server instead of using hard coded ones.

Unfortunately, stop working smoothly for Android 7.1 (CM14.1). It just wouldn't always auto started when connecting to the preset setting. Works great with Android 6.0 and below, though. I've been using this apps from Android 4.1

Basic and functional UI provide necessary settings for adjusting your Droid environment to a proxy context. It feels as though, however, that this app has been abandoned by the developed/publisher. ????

Only veeery small number of apps work and can connect through proxy but the majority do not.

A great app for proxy, especially with it running on background giving more possibilities for other apps to run, haven't checked that yet though. But I do have to say something about the GUI, not that it matters too much, as long as it works in practicality. Thanks!
