Great for take away because u can order ahead of ur arrival. To delete unwanted items, swipe to the left at cart (not intuitive at all!)

Had trouble cancelling items in the cart. Spend a few minutes figuring out how to do it. Hope it can be made more user friendly

The lousiest apps. Always have errors. Now have error saying wait 1 to 2 min setup for the rewards

Tried to sign up but app says my phone is already registered. But there is no option to log in using my phone number. What am I supposed to do next? Worst app ever!

Amazing! Didn't have to stand in the long queue in pastamania.... Simple and easy to use, ordered within 2 mins and easily payed using android pay!

Needs to have option to edit／remove payment information. Last update, paypal still isn't working. Please fix.

Bloody waste of my time trying to order through the app when it is not ready to be used. Put a larger 'Not Available' sign on your pastamania outlets for heaven's sake!

Only used once and either some outlets don't accept ordering using the app or it is under maintenance.

No option to cancel order in the cart. No option to add extra ingredients.

I can't delete items from cart, some of the menu items are not there, took me 20 mins to register whereas it is even faster to order and pay at the counter, after ordering and paid found no rebate no points earn. Waste of time

Horrible system and deceptive marketing. No rebates given. Don't bother with the app. And if you are ordering from your table. The restaurant will almost definitely forget your cutlery and Napkins. So you will either need to request for some or walk to the counter and get it while your food starts getting cold. Instead of creating an app which destroys your customer experience why don't you focus on improving food standards

There is NO WAY to delete items in the cart. Once it's in there, you have to buy it! I cannot believe the app developers could overlook a basic function like having a delete button! I walked out of the restaurant and now have 2 items in the cart which I cannot delete. 0 stars.

Keep requesting for hand phone number and saying it already exists, so not being able to use the number.. Logged in by facebook and can't seem to change password. Not being able to buy anything through the app

I downloaded and wanted to use it so that i can enjoy 15% cash rebate. But it is under maintenance! Useless.

App under maintenance cannot proceed further. Guys it's 2017 already. Should classified this as beta testing app and not for general public.

Cannot work

This app just made my date nights less about waiting and more about enjoying the company of a loved one and let's not forget delicious pasta!

Hassle to use, no built-in scanner, still needed to download a separate scanner app which was really stupid. If you accept QR codes then you should very well be able to scan them. Pastamania menu wasn't well laid out and does not correspond well with the paper menu. A piss poor replacement for their membership card.
