PurePani - Order Water Online

This app and service are good so far. But, no service to my current location. I am ordering to another house and loading back to my current location by me. I stay near to Hi-tech city railway station flyover. That is 100 feet road dead-end beside Bharat Petrol Bunk. Please extend your service to my location.

Ordered water cans on Jan 16 and it was supposed to be delivered on Jan 17. But not delivered. Even no communication. On Jan 18, I received msg that order has been rejected. When contacted customer care the respondent behaved very rudely and asked me to disconnect the call. Is this the way the executives speak with the customers.

Needs to work more. App is getting crashed on opening. Not sure how perfectly it's been tested before pushing to store. This may irritate customers for sure.

Needs improvement.. Frequently crashing. There is no deals .have to implement fast delivery for nearby location

I am not sure the reason but since last two months you had stopped delivering at my location. I stays at cyber village, hafeezpet. Could you please check this? Otherwise I am happy with your past services.

They are promoting 20 RS for can. But including with delivery charges 35 rs

I have been using the app from more than 2 years. I am quite satisfied by the service. Few times I faced the problem while placing order as App was crashing. But it's OK, as I was able to call directly for the same and problem got solved. Sometimes deliveries got delayed may be due to more number of bookings. Many many thanks to PurePani for the service.

Never on time. We order and nobody shows up for 2-3 days, guys don't use this wasteless app. No customer support also, no person to call in case of issues. Worst customer experience ever. I would have given it 0 stars if possible.

I have ordered on 29th and it supposed to deliver on same day but the delivery was not performed and the provided delivery mobile number is switched off. No other source to report. And coming to support number provided in the app is hell.

Before it was fine...now the water quality is changed and also service timing is very bad...no more friendly I have ordered water bottle at 9 am in morning and it came for delivery at 12 pm can you imagine ... day by day service is getting worst

Worst service app, they would deliver only between 3-5 pm when none of you would be home, high language problem with delivery persons, no way you can raise a request or concern no customer care mail id, no customer care number, why the hell you made this app.

Worst payment gateway experience ever and I am using android app, Nobody will give an ios app review on google play store. Think before reply.

Its good as it provides same service as local retailers provide.. price is also same.. but d good thng z it delivers clean bottles.. its doesnt provide service on Wednesday n Sunday..

Unable to login to my account it says that the mobile number is invalid. I even tried uninstall and reinstall from playstore still doesn't work

The service is really bad. I have ordered 2 bottles of bisleri on 04th, its 7th today still no delivery received.

I have referred my friends to use this app using refer and earn option in menu. But nothing was added to my wallet. Useless app. It's a kind of cheating.

One of the worrest service..I raised retrurn request on April 19th 2017 and I contacted them many times via phone..they said today will complete the ruquest ..but they are not taken any action...

Very disappointed with app and their service. They terminated the service to our location from last 20 days..Our place comes under Bhagya Nagar(KPHB) Location. Monday, I got message from pure pani..apologising for the inconvenience caused.they also mentioned to start booking...as they started the services. But, still... It's showing, "Sorry..we are not serving currently in your area.." ..They why the f** you people send a message...to book again...
