This was my first and last ride with this bus company I and other passengers been stuck out here waiting on the 1:40 bus it still hasn't came it's about to be 5 I am a disabled person this heat is unbearable it's not fair I have asthma we have not been offered not even water I will seek attention ASAP

What is the point of this app if you can't see where the buses are?

It useless if you aren't able to buy tickets via the app.

Ultimately takes you to the clumsy website to do anything.

Doesn't let you track bus sometimes. It's unreliable. I've also been waiting for my bus for almost an hour and a half and I don't even receive an email notifying me that there will be delay. I've been on the phone for 30 minutes waiting to speak with a representative, they are still not picking up the phone. This is unprofessional

It'll show you routes, and track them. That seems to be it. If you know the codes for each city / state on your trip. No real option to buy tickets, just a link to their website.

30 minutes before departure, it say it can't say if bus will leave on time and tells you to call a phone number. That makes this app useless.

You can't buy tickets. More importantly, the bus tracking is unreliable. It shows the bus where it isn't. The pain of waiting is significantly less if you know how long in my opinion. You can make decisions instead of vigilantly waiting. Please work on this and you'll have a great app!

A pathetic app. It doesn't let you login with your account. Thus you can't see your trips if booked it in using browser. It would have been much help if we could our tickets in the app. Only you can see is the status of the selected route and that too blurred st the background without being able to close the options you chose to select the trip. Why develop such a useless app. Do you guys really don't have good developer to do this. Give it to some college intern and see the results your self.. Really useless app. Could have been much useful with few added features

This app is pretty useless. It's informational at best. When you select the "buy tickets" button, it takes you to the Megabus website where you have to put in all the information ALL OVER AGAIN. I'm uninstalling and bookmarking the website instead.

Useless, The purpose of me downloading was to link my account in advance to see my reservation. So inconvenient! Glad I saved the email for ease.

Bus arrival times never updated. the bus will be well past the scheduled time and the app still says on time. Customer service refuses to give a more accurate estimate when called.

No in app ticket purchases. Fine but when it redirects you to their site you have to plug in all your information again. Not very useful of an app. Just go to their site.

Not very useful, but it's all you have to see if the bus is even remotely close to a destination. It's not the best at that, either.

It constantly redirects to the website. If I had wanted to do that, I would have gone online instead. It lets you enter info and when you want to purchase a ticket, it redirects you and you start all over again. Avoid the app and stick to using the website.

Runs as a background process for no reason, can't move app to SD card. Can't order trips or check status in real time. Browser site does all that

Can't buy tickets. Can't price tickets. Can't even model a potential trip if a transfer is required. App is nothing more than a time-wasting front-end to the company mobile website (which itself isn't very useful).

It lacks basic features to track your ride already booked , not worth download

Megabus is great, but this app is terrible. The home page is busy and requires your location, and the buy tickets button just takes you to the mobile site. Save yourself some time and just use the mobile site to buy tickets; don't use this app.

This app used to be useful for those of us who are expected to pick up riders. It would let us know where the bus was and the approximate time that it would reach the destination based on reality of the moment. Now it only gives the scheduled time of arrival.

You cannot buy tickets with this app. Not sure what the point of it is.
