I really like this App and the company that makes them. I have bought two out of three of apps that follow this line and have been very satisfied. The only reason I am giving this one 4/5 stars is because the model (However beautiful) is wearing all black on a black mat... It can be very difficult to see the positions clearly (Like which leg she is using from side view poses). Perhaps adding still image overlay in the corner would be an easy, fast, and cost effective fix without having to re-record everything. Other than that, this app is really helpful for beginners!

It's nice & helpful.

I'm not that disciplined with stretching so this app helps me work stretching into my routine. It would be nice if VT apps linked with each other. Already use kettlebell and db app

L70%
by L####:

I bought this app to be a one stop shop for stretching for my runs. Where it lacks majorly is that, when stretching a muscle group (like hamstrings) that require both legs, the app only does one leg and moves on. No prompt to change legs, no change in the video, nothing. I've been getting by this by adding each activity twice, but this is far from ideal and something I'd expect from a free app, but not one that costs $2. I hope this oversight is fixed so I can raise my rating.

Like another user stated, the videos should show the demonstrator getting into the movement, for more detail - written explanations to go with the videos would also be nice... Free videos from YouTube are more helpful than this app..!

The free stretching apps offer actual routines and voice walk thrus. This app worked perfectly on my Note3. But it provides very little value. Don't waste the money. It offers less than the freebies available. It's not very intuitive to boot.

This app has potential. The listed stretches are good, but the included videos are useless. Who needs to see a video of a stationary person? Each video should show the person getting INTO each stretch. Otherwise the videos are as good as a single photo with zero description.

Great app. 5 stars when exercises from different apps can be combined.

Similar comment tobthe previous reviewer, the app only displays a stretch on one side so you need to add two when doing your own program. Only problem with that approach is the inbuilt program is useless. One easy solution for the dev could be to automatically add a mirror image to each stretch so you are not having to re-film anything? Ill up my rating to 5 if this gets updated.

Really good for getting a routine down. The only thing that would make this better would be if it showed you how to get into the strech position and if it had a discription.
