Really handy especially when you don't have phone reception yo ring a taxi. And so far always on time and arrives at short notice. Only negative you don't get notifications to confirm booking through the app they are sent as txt messages when taxi is on its way.

Booked a taxi for 11pm via the app. Never showed up. When we rang the lady said it would be at least 12:30 before we could get a taxi. Pointless app.

Was intrigued to see what the app mite do... But only gets as far as register screen. Been waiting for security PIN to be text me for a day or so now

I waited 45 min and still no taxi in the end I cancelled and my children missed out! Never trust thier 5 min!

I used the app to book my taxi 2 days in advance. The app fails as it provides no feedback. Eg Where your taxi is. Anyway after almost an hour I used Blueline for the first time ever and I was imprest b y their app and their service. Sorry east coast I've been s customer for 17 years but you have let me down when I needed you the most.

You have to register before booking...aaaaand you need pin for registration...aaand that pin will never come. Basically useless app..
