WeatherOnline Free offers worldwide city forecasts as well as weather maps. The Free Version contains Advertisement, is limited to one forecast location and radar images are delayed by 1h.
Features:
* Choose units (temperature: C, F; distance: km, miles; gust: kn, Bft, m/s, km/h, mph)
* Update periods: City: 1-12 Day Forecast every 6 hrs, 1/2 Day Forecast every 3 hrs, Current Weather Info varies between 30 min and 6 hrs, Radar: 5min (UK), 15 min (Europe), 1hrs (USA, Australia). Maps every 6hrs.
* Timezone: Location Forecast: local time at the forecast location. All other times according to the preset time for the device.

Its a terrible shame as this is my preferred weather site on PC. While superficially good on Android it soon becomes unusable as invariable hangs on opening with a 'white screen of death'. Needing to reboot a phone to use an app is just not good enough. Uninstall!

Something's wrong. I can't access my city in South Africa. If you only cover certain countries/regions then why doesn't it say so?

I use your weather forecast for long time and this app is great, but please add setting to switch to metric system: meters, C°, etc. UPDATE: I have tablet on Android 4.2.2 without standard menu button, so I cannot enter options. New versions of Android do not use this button, but uses Action bar. Also I do not see Action overflow button for settings at the bottom of the screen.
