Unable to sign in? Installed and uninstalled several times and no success yet? Is the app operational? ....thanks! Don't know what you did, but it's working 100% now :-) *sigh* Not working...log in unsuccessful unsuccessful....rather uninstalling.

Metrobus is mostly Unusable to anyone who is new to this town. You don't get a clear idea where you need to meet which bus to get where you want to go. You have to figure it out by learning each individual route to see where two busses might intersect and then you would have to hope that it is the right time of day in the right direction. How in the world does someone figure that out if they are new to Johannesburg and don't know all the names of all the places? And the app is not clear on anything. I can't use it to plan a route for tomorrow, therefore useless

It's a great idea and potentially very useful. However, the app regularly shuts down on both my devices being Huawei mate 7 and Xiomi Redmi 2.

"No services available in and/or around your location" comes up everytime I open the app. I don't understand the message though, since there is a route scheduled to run through "my location"...straight through the middel of my location, to be exact!

Very good app.If i lived in gauteng i could verify the accuracy of the info unfortunately I'm in Cape Town so cant do that.Will the developer make a moving Cape Town app?Can you include taxi routes?

Each time I select my mode of transport,the app crashes and needs to be restarted.

App stops frequently and does not run in the background.

Using a Samsung J5, unable to login. Tired a million times.

It keeps stopping and shutting down. Not very reliable.

For now I will give a 4 star rating. Will put to the test and review again later

Good Idea love what the app can do and that I can see when the bus arives.... But when I chose a certain bus or look for a location the app crashes and exit the application. There is also no way...or maybe I dont know how to save a bus stop or bus as a favourite. It works well on the website just wish I could use it on my phone. Have refered so many people to this app. No one knows about it

The app does not allow me to go through though all my sign in details are correct. I even tried using the alternative method of verification via sms but still does not go through. Any help?

Of course it gets 5 starts, we developed it. Seriously, we are adding new features every week, there are still some bugs and crashes here and there, but we fix them very quickly.
