Installed it and it worked as expected. Loadouts are not the same in app as the ones I use in game. Which I found weird. Also my volume down button suddenly stopped working (OnePlus 3) after factory reset it worked again, until I installed this app again. Solution: Get rid of the Companion App! Maybe fix this bug and I will keep it installed. For now I won't have it on my phone!

This app is great, and I especially love the stats that it provides. However, although the stats do help me know how much I've done in the game, it doesn't tell me how much I've improved since I last signed into the app. The stats don't tell me how much has gone up or down since I last signed in, which is a bummer because I want to improve my skills. Fix this, and the app is worthy of five stars.

Yes! I've been waiting for a long time for this app to work with an Xbox/PlayStation account! This app is very simple, works great, and hasn't had a single bug yet! Thanks so much EA! You guys delivered your games perfectly this year! Way to beat Call Of Duty right on the spot!

The app will not work with anything less than xbox 1, ps4, or pc, I still play in my beloved xbox360, and battlelog was absolute joy! But now after the last upgrade it will not show anything but my emblems, and my profile shows only PC, and nothing el se!! Just rubbish!! Old consoles are still around and bf4 is not dead, so do not bury it already!

For Battlefield 1, it has you add the 2nd and 3rd version of each class like you never have done anything withe them in the game and when you add them, it acts as though they have never been messed with. Until this issue is fixed, this app is only good for showing you your stats, keeping track of the medal that you are tracking, and creating/editing emblems.

So I don't have a EA account so I tried to make one. Surprise!!! It was stuck on a blank screen with only a zoom in or out button and it stays like that for an hour and eventually I just stopped trying to make an EA account. I would like to EA to know that if it worked I would have given 5 stars.

Looks great. Seems easy to use. But for me it keeps hanging. It freezes as I swipe through my loadout. I've had to restart the app 5x in the past 5 minutes. Can't really figure out what causes it. I'm simply comparing weapons scrolling up and down through their details.

Would be better if I could customize all of this from in game as well. Thanks for letting me customize soldier layouts....But why not add more? I want to have a ready assault with a shotgun and another one with a automatic rifle. I want to sit there and not take away from the match to customize my vehicles as well. Come on dice, you fix one thing partially but not all of the way.

This app would be outstanding even if all you could do was change your loadout. Unfortunately the app freezes/becomes unresponsive. Gun-changes sometimes to not take affect in game. War bonds take some time to update after purchasing. Almost every time I use it, I have to restart the app. Using a Samsung S6. Just needs a bit more attention to the engine. Thanks

Got the companion as soon as Battlefield One came out, worked flawlessly for a few weeks. I didn't play for a week and then when i went back on, the companion refuses to work, i try and sign in and all i get is a white screen and my account hasnt updated when my friends try to compare (it shows me being the level i was when it stopped working)

Spent hours trying to install this, and the runtime that comes with it. Then another few hours fiddling with it to get it to work, then another hour right in out my account info, and now that I can finally login! It accepts my login info and then crashes. Beautiful. This is pathetic. This App DOES NOT WORK AT ALL WITH ASUS ZENFONE 2

It only has options for Xbox One and PlayStation which I'm on the xbox 360, it doesn't see my K/D ratio at all and the emblem maker doesn't copy to my game. It doesn't even see that I own Battlefield 4. The only thing that actually works is the friends list. Fix it for a better rating and review.

Thank you for releasing the app after a year and a half. Please add Push Notifications if we receive a message and please add the Battlelog chat because I haven't noticed they exist . I have a Feedback for one thing I knew would be a problem in the app. When I write a comment to a post I can't see what I am writing if the speech bar is too low because of the previous comments. After everything is good to go I'll rate 5 Stars.

You've removed the options to adjust weapon sights and weapon addons! Even worse, we can no longer use tge app to adjust our loadout while in a game?!?! That's Stupid!!! This app is now only useful for making custom emblems. Useless for everything else!!! >:(

This app sucks compared to the old battlelog app... Tbh the whole game sux too. No weapon variety, terrible hardcore settings and no platoons - will make this a franchise killer. Sad they messed it up so bad...

The app does not have any real purpose. The old app was far better in lots of ways. This new version says i play the game on PC, whereas I actually play on PS3. You can't see any stats for your soldier, all you can do on this app is look at your emblems. Rubbish app in general

The app itself is great. It provides detailed stats about my game and allows me to customize my load out on the fly. However, the performance needs fixing. Scrolling anywhere except the main page is very laggy. Pressing on anything has a delay and the next page appears while lagging. It's just a pain to use.

EA,Dice,Battlefield,Viseral...... I dont know who is at fault, but its always something.. whether on console or phone, Battlelog screws up.. fire someone and fix the issues. CANT OPEN APP, JUST A WHITE SCREEN. SICK OF IT

The list of what isnt wrong with this buggy app would be shorter. Battlelog used to actually work, This atrocity can't even stay logged into an account long enough to look at my stats.

Looks great, it would be nice to look at battle packs and skins in the app. The equip button will flash but do nothing and there can be a huge delay in synchronising, But this is rare. Very handy to change Load outs while in game!

The app was great I was able to see statistics, the load out of my soldiers, and progression of people in my squad. Alas the application kicked me from my account and then gives me a white screen upon where I am unable to enter my credentials. Disappointed and deleting.

Just like everything else, that app needs work. There needs to be stronger syncing with Dice's and EA's servers to carry, contain, and update the information across the platforms. There have been several times where I've wasted warnings on a new purchase and did not unlock it for several hours.

I don't know if it's just me, but my loadouts will not sync properly with Battlefield 1 on my PS4. Oddly enough, it changes my loadouts to their default settings. Kind of a bummer, since we can't currently change our loadouts in the main menu on consoles. Also, I have to log in every single time I open the app. Please fix and I'll gladly rate it *****

I like the idea of the app if I could use it. Every time I click sign on its tales me to a white screen and forever sits like that. I've deleted and re-downloaded 4 times. Please fix and an easy 5 stars. I really want to use this but it doesn't work

If you plan on using this for Xbox or PSN, it's not worth the hassle. It takes forever to figure out how to link the friends list to your platform and even then it doesn't show all of your friends. Not to mention if you can't link your Xbox live or PSN then you can't see any stats from your game.

Stopped working. Used to work when I first downloaded it but now anytime you click the sign in or create new account options the screen goes white and will not load. Have reinstalled the app and has not fixed the issue. I have a Galaxy A3.

The app glitches out when I try to customize my bf4 classes it says "unable to connect. You need to log in to your EA account" but I already am logged in. But other wise the app is good

That's the main reason I'll use it, but the thing is it wont save your loadouts and sometimes it will reset the loadout to all classes. The stats are good and emblem creation is neat. But the load out customization is a necessity since its the only way to customize it outside a live game .

Shouldn't have to download an app to a separate device just to access functions that should have come with an already limited and very overpriced game. The app itself never works and takes up way to much memory fuk u dice

When compared to previous battlefield companions(bf4) it truly lacks. When I go to look at a weapon won't fully load the screen. also it resets my load out every time I enter the customize loadout screen. Not really useful in my opinion

All that happens when I open the app is it brings me to the main screen, I hit log in and just get a white screen. I'm on a fully updated LG G5 by the way, not sure why it wouldn't work on my phone. Honestly pretty pissed.

Works great and its an easy way to track my stats. Only real complaints are that it doesnt remember my customized class when i log into the game on my xbox and it doesnt always update to my most recent stats until an hour or so later. Other than that, great app. Highly recommended

1st the app it great concept... but poor quality... the app constently freezes...I have to continously restart the app...I mean 3 to 5 times during one session... just to customize my load out... I honestly say this app is complete useless... It's faster to turn on my ps4 and load battlefield... and do everything that way... but what do you expect it's by EA Games

Your app keeps messing up my profile, I don't play on PC, yet it keeps asking me to change my profile to PC, when I only play on PS4, never ever played on PC, now that I fixed it MYSELF due to no technical support whatsoever, my career won't show up on app, it tells me failed to load page and blah blah blah, it doesn't show my PlayStation friens, my emblems. The only page that seems to work is the Home with the BF1 news. Yet at times when I load the app the first thing to pop up after log in is "Change Profile" the cause of all my problems in tho first place.

Well they kind of force it on you if you enjoy and want the most out your game you bought in a store that had nothing to do with your cell phone or Android play store... But here you are getting an app for a game on a console made by a company that makes phones... Does everyone just own everyone. The rich make sure they stay that way for sure huh. Why don't you make an app and a day and let a lucky fan reap the rewards as your cup overfloweth as it is? Help life get better improves ones quality of living???

This is a great app for checking your KD and a bunch of other cool stats, stuff that players who love the game would be interested in. However I noticed my time played is not accurate at all, the app says I played 8 days and the game hub says I played 12 days. So it's off by four whole days, I'm wondering how many other stats are off that I'm not aware of. Stats are only good if there accurate otherwise what's the point.

This is a great companion app for battlefield 1, nice features like to customize your loadout, emblem designer, player stats, game stats and able to purchase weapons with warbonds. Biggest issue is that it resets your soldier class weapons in game. The other small issue is after purchasing something with warbonds it doesn't subtract the warbonds on the app and when it does it takes a log out to refresh. I wish they could add the game overview map like they did on bf4 on the web companion.

I rate it 2, because the app stopped showing my real stats (as on my ps4 console). Its like I've never played bf1 or bf4 at all. I get notifications when my friends are online, but when i click to see, i see that i don't even have friends! From one day to the other this started. I didn't have a problem with this when I used it on my prior iPhone.

This app is perfect for any Battlefield player, it has every statistic you could ever want to check. However, I can only seem to use it when I am connected to a WiFi network. I cannot use it when I am away, using my mobile data. So, showing and proving to my mates certain stats on the move, does not happen, as I have to be connected to a WiFi network. Fix this issue, and then I can't see any issues with it! From a Sony Xperia Z3

Great app. I love that I can modify everything with my Battlefield characters from weapon and vehicle skins to just changing my classes. But. I haven't been able to. I have a Samsung Galaxy J1 phone and I use the app all the time until recently in the past few weeks. Whenever I try to log in, I get a blank white screen with nothing but the option to zoom in and out of a blank white screen. I love Battlefield 1, EA. But i enjoy using the app for the game as well. Please fix this!!!
