Amazing customer support, Amazing graphics, Amazing control I wish I could eat the game 100 out of 5 because this is one of the best games I have ever played. I see people complaining over in app purchases not working and it's there device that's doing it I've spent a lot of money on the game and I'll continue to spend more until the game shuts down.

This game is a very interesting and fun. However I just spend 5.64$ to not receive anything at all. I restarted multiple time and nothing has change. Technically it was my first time trying to get some bucks and the last. That was a lost for me. So please do something cause I am to happy about this situation at all. Please fix it. Thank you

I love on how you get a team and you upgrade their gear and armor or just swapping them for someone better that's what's so addicting it's like coc people get so into it I quit clash of clans for this and it was worth it. Thank you hot head.but one thing when I was in the campaign I was tied with this guy and I got 2nd can you make so if there is a tie for first you will both get the same award?

My team name Emotional Troops rating 39 rank 10 4500 coins 250 bucks. Thank you kiip it make me easier to save bucks. Thx but can you make an update that we can control commander by joystick because sometimes they act stupid.

Well i love the game but people dont do the free bucks thing i downloaded. Game of war and made it to leval 10 i was supost to get over 7000 bucks and i didnt get anything so the free ducks thing dont work its just a scam to get you to download other games they lie to you you wont get anything but i will say this game is kick as and i love it

The gameplay itself is great, but the companyhas shady practices. You're troops get wounded pay in game currency, and eventually pay with credit. Each troop has tours, which limits the amount they are used and costs currency or credits to fix. Your gear breaks, here is come currency and credits. If you purchase in game credit good luck getting it. Oh and there is energy.

Would be 5 stars if it was more balanced. I'm tired of always losing, MAINLY because I'm up against people with such better rating than me, and it's not just one particular mode, it's all. Good game but no balance

I LOVE THIS GAME. It has such good graphics, and everything is beautiful. One bad thing is that when I joined, it worked smooth for me then just glitched out with weird screen. I had to uninstall and install again because of that. But killer game!

I like this game it's fun my problem is whenever I make a purchase it closes the app and takes my money but doesn't give me my currency it's done this 4 time now 3 times with 10.00 purchases and once with a 5.00 purchase until I'm refunded or get my in game currency I'm highly unsatisfied this is a Issue that's needs to be attended to and fixed immediately the game is literally robbing me please fix this.

I purchased 30 dollars worth of bucks never recieved them and they took my money have been trying to contact them but no answer

My soldiers will stand next to the mission area with no enemies nearby without taking the objective. they will stand there a foot away for like 2 minutes and then get shot, they had plenty of time to take that objective.. Plus nomatter how good your soldiers are it doesn't matter get paired with a guy who's 20 levels above you you're gonna lose.

My gear breaks too often and my team gets criticay hurt a ton. It sucks because I have high level gear and such. It costs me 100-250 to repair each gear and 300+ for each team member. Im in debt over 2000 in demands right now and only get like 100 from each game. To add to that, once i repair one thing, another breaks.

I have a problem i just spent 20$ 9.99$x2 for the 1000 package and it said purchase confirmed and i got the confirmation email but it force closed the game and i didn't get anything. I really don't like to be that guy but if you could reimburse me my money back or at least give me the 2000 bucks that would be even better i have been playing raw for a while and i don't wanna stop so plz get back to me and fix my issue and thanks

You know, it could be fun. If the matchmaking wouldn't consistently put me against enemies 20 levels higher. At a time I ran out of tactics. You looking for a balanced game? Don't look here!

This is a great time wasting game for those people who have nothing to do. However I can't find a way to turn off the insanely annoying kiip rewards.

Awesome game, this game is really fun, easy to play, the missions are cool, it runs really smooth, it's for free, and it has a lot of strategics, addictive and I really like this game, but of course, nothing is perfect, I saw some problems on the game, well...They aren't really problems, I just think you could add grenades, and maybe improve a little bit the graphics, and I've got a question, when will you put the new pack of cards on the market ? The super soldiers pack ? And could you guys add camouflage s for the uniforms? You know just for fun, customize our team's uniform, if you do it I'd be very grateful!!!

Great concept but... It's a pay to win game and unfair matchups I've won 17 battles and I vs someone who has one 4734

Two of my purchases sent bad. The game restarted & the transaction got charged. Correct the issue & refund my money if you want the ratings changed.

I paid $1.99 for a special offer to get 200 credits in the game. When I made the transaction. The game stopped working and force closed the app. The money was removed from my account, but I never got the credits.

You will never see your game cash if you do the free cash trials they provide, and you will never win the full amount of cash that the game just told you you won. Have had customer support ticket in for two weeks and no progress. Game can be fun, but no way to move forward till someone does something about cash delivery system.

This game can be better if i can also be deploy as a player and fight with my team.An update like this will make the game for interesting. There is no fun watching them fight so i request to make an update like this so i can also be deploy as a player and can use guns to kill the opponents.

Neat game. It lost my progress and it wouldn't let me recover the data lost. Highly displeased I feel like I wasted alot of time

Overall I really enjoy the game, however it's rather frustrating when you lose a battle, or even win one, and only ger about 100 gold, but then a soldier is critically wounded and you need 600 gold to heal. But what's worse is having to repair a card with bucks. When one of my helmets broke, I was forced to pay 2 bucks, which I wasn't happy about but it was okay. But then my Silver commander retired and it expected me to pay FIFTY BUCKS TO RENEW! WTF? Just imagine if it was my elite soldier!

I mean its a good concept but can you pls make it more interactable the gameplay for now is tap the card(s) to bring then press watch battle or skip to end the says you win or lose then thats it, at least make it into a fps sort of thing

2 transactions, 2 app crashes and no response from cs after 2 days

It's been a long time since I uninstalled the game. Now I want to installed it again. But when I try to restore the team. There is a team code I have to fill in. I have no idea what is my team code. Please reply, I want to play it so much

Suggestion.. make something new like clan or guild on this.. i like this game.. i know its hard to get stronger coz you have random enemies.. with 80 to 90 ratings.. but i loke this game.. keep up the good work.. add some more event or quest.. thats all.. thanks..

I just made a purchase for the "Pocket of Bucks" which would have given me 200 bucks, and it hasnt updated, i know these things take time, but its a bit weird for it to not be within a minute or two

Overall I love the game except that the matchmaking is horrible. I've noticed if I don't use at least 1 gold tactic the enemy will be at least 2x stronger than me with 3 gold tactics! (my team score is 62)

Spent 2x £6.44 on the "Great Deal" package not to receive anything. I want a refund of my money because I'm not impressed at all.

Its a great game for stress relief. But the problem is i don't remember my teams name so I can't recover my account.

Used to be cool, but now it's riddled with ads which pop up after each battle and is extremely annoying. You can still play as before, but prepare to get peppered with an almost constant stream of crappy advertisements.

Do not purchase in-game currency. It force closes the app and takes your money but does not give you the bucks. If I get my bucks I will rate 5 stars. They fixed the problem and gave me my bucks. Very pleased with the customer support. This game is worth getting and keeps me occupied for hours

Played 15 battles, lost last 7 in row coz enemy was DOUBLE my strenght and every battle your cards loose onE turn... impossible to advance without iap....

I recharged £6.49 or whichever the closest one to that, then i got a message saying error but then i checked my emails and i recieved an email stating that i've paid for it, however i didnt get the bucks.

You can play for only so long until your troop requires 50 bucks to keep playing, wich isn't too much in USD or whatever your currency may be, but it is definitely a punch in the face when it's basically your only commander. Otherwise it is a fun game while it lasts.

Could use more to do.. If a few more things were added into the game to make it more fun like events or something. Also customer service is at an absolute 0, terrible help.

The only things I don't like about the game is that you can't control your people and that sometimes, they just act stupid in combat.
