Good game, but please do not update too many new heroes. Also it's like forever to get 5K in battle square because if I lose, many points deducted... Ridiculous

Dear igg I hope in New year you give me or us a 2or3 glory egg and 10 ancient spirit because many people playing are struggling because they dont have money some gem because I'm struggling to earn money to jewels or gem cause I live in poor country poor money that's why to hard to earn so please I hope that happend because ancient spirit is to hard to get it and the glory egg too so please make this happend that would make me happy if your saying that I'm joking will I'm not cause I really really love this game and thank you listening thank very much if this happend thx ????????because I have really have a worst year in my intire life ????????????????????????

Buff the old heroes, new heroes so overpowered... Great game with many game modes

Updated review since 2014, this game has become nothing more than a chore and you will never be able to catch up to the absolute blatancy of the pay-to-win game. New but unneccessary heroes are constantly getting released but without proper balance, making heroes you've put time into completely obsolete.

Game runs fine with updates. Easy to progress without having to pay. Customer support is awful

I have and old account but when I got on one day I got on it made me restart I had pangoli abyss demon demon slayer and landslide is there any way u can give me my progress back my old account name is hwhaun u keep matching me up with level 70 people what the heck how am I supposed to get more trophies everybody else has a great sage and they said that they got it from the mailbox I did not receive my great sage so I would greatly appreciate it if you would send me my great sage

I previously rated this five stars, but I have to change the rating....You see, I have caught the game developers cheating. They are predetermining the matches, and the winner is already decided by them. How? By deciding who gets matched against you before you even play. I play over 10 accounts. I have several accounts that are the same level, at relatively the same power rating. One constantly gets easy matchups and always wins, the others are given match ups versus players that are over 20 levels higher with power ratings astronomically higher than mine. These accounts cannot win, whereas the other cannot lose. The account which cannot lose always draws premium, rare heroes, whereas the others always draw low power, very common heroes. The "lucky" account was sent 20 newbie experience eggs as a "gift"... the others never recieved this "gift".... This sort of pre-destining by the game developers is extremely shady and unethical. There is no such thing as fairness in this game. There is not an equal footing for all players to have a winning chance. It is already decided from the moment you start your account. Shame on you IGG for this dishonest, highly unethical practice. I am closing all accounts and boycotting this game due to its criminal behavior. Do not play this game. Do not give them the time to "try" to be one of the lucky ones. Make them install a fair and equal gaming system, and give all players an equal chance to win. And if they refuse, let's put these crooks out of business by refusing to play.

Walls need to be cheaper and last 30 minutes of building should be free of charge to complete. Way too hard to get strong
