Just don't buy any in-app purchases. When I first got the game I bought the "helper pugs" for $3.99. It worked fine for the first day. But eventually it just didn't work at all. Nothing would happen when I clicked on the helper pug icon. I contacted customer support. They told me to send them screen shots of the problem, so I did. They never got back to me. I emailed them again and again. Finally someone said the screen shots are not enough proof for a refund. Even though they asked me to send screenshots. They then told me that the game "isn't even coded in a way that would cause that problem." They told me the problem was impossible. I was so shocked at their customers service. To straight up lie and Tell me what I know and could see was impossible. So finally I took it upon myself to send them a video of the issue. They then responded with "I wish you'd sent the video sooner." Wow, just wow with that. They did end up giving me my refund. So I would advise to not buy any in app purchases, because they will most likely not even work and then they will try anything to not give you back your money. Now for the game play itself. It's very boring and repetitive. I downloaded the game because I really like pugs. But these pugs are just boring and not even cute. They have the most goofy colors and patterns. I wished they had some normal looking pugs. It can be kinda fun collecting all the stuff, but overall I just had a bad experience with the game.
