Klondike Forever

I have several Klondike apps. This is the only one I use. Update: I just tried a whole bunch of new Klondike apps that have come out since I did my initial review a little over 2 years ago. Klondike Forever still blows the competition away. The graphics are better, the interface is better, the speed is faster, the options are all there. I don't know why anyone would run any other Klondike app. That goes for both my tablet and my phone.

Not the best for animation but far from the worst. Best of all - No Adds or in-app purchases. Good game play with adjustable rules to suit your play. Deck colours and background are limited but don't affect the game. Would like to give 5 stars but for animation and colour change, I have to drop one.

Looks like a lot of work went into the animation, Only problem I have is difficulty reading the suit of some cards (4 of hearts-4 of diamonds). Blast these trifocals!

Loved this game when I first started playing it. Now, all of a sudden the screen won't rotate on my phone, so as far as I'm concerned it's useless. I'll just find another solitaire game to play.

I tried to like it for years, but the controls, or just trying to play a game, is too clumsy, too limited. Other apps do a better job.

There are lots of scrappy versions on the play store, this is very good. Top graphics, no invasive adverts. Only feature I miss is there is no ability to choose a solvable game. Over all well done Mr programmer

One of the best Klondike simulations around. Have had it on my iMac for years. Great little time waster/stress remover. I just need to figure-out how to peek on the android touchscreen and... Perfection. Thanks to the developers!!!

No better app out there that compares with Klondike. Great to play when stressed, perfect for killing time at appointments, best for me as a wind down for sleep!

Works well, easy to play. 3d effects are a bit annoying.

Once almost every game, I turn up duplicate cards from a tableau pile. For example, a pile has a red jack showing and another shows a black ten. I play the ten on the jack, and the next card under the ten will be the other black ten. This sort of thing happens once during almost every game. That's not random, that's a bug.

Totally addictive, I cannot stop playing this game. I can highly recommend it.

No ability to change layout for right or left hand person. Nice animations.

I love that there is no Advertisements to detract from the game experience. This game is my most played at the moment.

I only suggest moving partial stacks and a score calculator option, so a player can see if they improve.

Love the way it plays only complaint after s while you have to uninstall then reenstall starts acting up out side of that I love it

You get so far through the game then say go to drag a 10 of hearts from one pile to a jack of clubs for example which is a perfectly legal move and it won't have it then your games goosed because you need the card under the 10 so it's useless!

Have played several games like this one, but this one is best. Give it a try. Keep up the good work. Thanks lots!!!

I don't know how many I played but I didn't win a single game, so I uninstalled.

Like how easy this is to play. Not to brag but I've won three out of five games I've played so far. Like that this game didn't want any access to anything that isn't its business. Like that you will want this because of my review. Like long walks on the beach, holding hands and sunsets. Wait, nvr mnd that last part. :)

Very good smooth to play very addictive

However, the 3D part ends up being a gimmick and nothing more. In fact, the 3D part can make the top row of cards hard to read.

No invasive permissions! No ads! I really like that! Game is good, no score keeping but I don't want that anyway. Never crashes. Not made so that you win more than if you were playing with real cards. Just what I wanted.

Took some time getting use to, but like it now. Only thing not enough deals, seems like I lose more than I win.

I wish all card games were done with such imagination.

It's free, there are no adverts (except for their own products which don't intrude on game play). Great graphics etc, etc.
