I have bought every perk, the golden character pack, some gold and the ice lady. However when I reinstalled the game in my new device and the only things I got were the xp bonus and the ice character. Fix that and I am giving it 5*

Don't freak out about paying cash for characters. Just use the slots. You'll be grinding for coins, but you'll need to level up anyway to have a shot at raid mode. It's still far better than Combo Quest 2. Tip: Take a character to Chapter 11, to get a permanent 2x coin boost!

The game is cool.. but bought in game things and got charged but never received items

I bought the auto option but the dumb thing doesn't auto tap all the time. The slider goes by two or three times before it decides to tap, by then I'm getting pounded by hits. Fix the auto mechanic.

The game is really fun. The only problem I had was when I purchased the auto play. It took my money but it didn't give me the auto play.

Really simple but difficult to master. Playing raid now to get all the stones

The level of services provided is atrocious. They either do not even go into the email they created or just plain right ignore you. Send in a issue regarding save / load and 1 month later still no reply

Purchased the auto play charge me 2 time, didnt give auto play, when in adventures i multiple check it dont auto play. Tap on the auto play ask me to purchase again please do something about it. Did tried restore purchase no use, only said successful restore but when back check still no auto play. 3 days still no reply from you guys wonderful

Seems to crash the game out when I attempt to save it. Other than that it's great.

Gameplay is fantastic! Bought after buying a five dollar character pack I discovered they were happy to charge my visa immediately, but gave me neither the gold or characters I thought I purchased.

Recent update has made it where it freezes and you have to force close it after completing raids. So, you use the raid chance but never get the hearts from completing it.

Purchased 3 times. Took money but didn't get anything. Please fix and will change rating to 5 stars.

Why cant I rate it lower? Btw there is no hope for this crappy game.

Buy in app purchases. Money deducted but item not working( purchase fail) fix soon. Feel like ur guy cheat me.

Add removal gave me "payment successful" and ingame showed "purchase failed" and im still getting adds and i had to pay 2.20€ for that?

How to log a support ticket to refund my money? I bought the game option of no more ads but every time at the title screen I still get a stupid ad. And the developers chose not to be contactable. No buttons in game to contact them.

Well since this isn't too much of an issue i tried to login with Facebook to get a free character and a kick in the pants is all i got straight up said i need permission from devoloper so dear developer please fix this issue I'll still keep playing the game but allow Facebook login

All of my char are lost. Start over again, zzz. My wife really loved this game. Why did you erased all my chars? Grrrr

Game becomes unresponsive when I try to go to main menu. Unplayable.

All and most of every ones problem that proves how many people pay to win thats sad cause it proves youll be able to be ligit but what evs great game ;)

Love this game! If you get a somewhat addiction to it, its a Great Time Killer
