From a village to an empire
You start off with a small Celtic village in the green lands of Gaul. But do not get fooled - the beautiful land is anything but peaceful and the war is coming. The other tribes already have their eyes on your village. Some are looking for a new conquest, some search for a new trading partner and others simply want to welcome you in their tribe.

Previously rated 5* (2013) The game has it's up and downs, for example... There's no tutorial for beginners, most the maps are now inactive, majority of the maps are controlled by about 5 tribes who don't fight (the whole point in the game) Upsides are it's easy to navigate (once you're familiar) The game runs smooth 90% of the time, which is great for a MMOG, And the ability to use multiple villages at once is a good touch,

It's freezing since Android 7.0 upgrade on Note 5. Since I don't have any problem with other apps, I believe it's related to Celtic Tribes and needs to be fixed! I don't believe developers will read this but just wanted to share my experience to other users!

This is a classic low-effort port from iOS. The game itself is pretty fun, but the responsiveness of the app is abysmal at best. Example: when attacking another village the app becomes unresponsive for a long while for no reason. Also all the graphics are low quality static images. The iOS version is dynamic and looks good.

Not a game for anyone under the age of 18 as the developers seem happy to allow overly aggressive and personally derogatory comments to be made without them taking any action like barring those responsible. Used to love the game but badly coded updates and underdevelopment have led to mass defections and virtually action on many servers.

Freezes on map 4 from 5 times (this game only!) on my S7 Edge. Many multiaccounts. Also bots/scripts are used (for coordinated attacks). But worst is the freezing on map, makes it unplayable.

Update.... crashes continuously and all CT wants to do is start new servers and forget about the old servers that players have invested loads of time and money into. Currently very poorly managed. Old post, there is a tutorial on line for beginners. played this game for years. newbys should get in a tribe asap and the other members will gladly help. it will be your new addiction if you give it time ????
