It will be more useful if the kanji were also written in furigana, the time after answering the kanji was longer and when the answer is wrong some advice to remember it. The application is not for beginners

Nice challenge. The handwriting gets quite difficult to read though. Please allow us to pick which fonts to test with.

Definitely not for beginners, but students of Japanese who are studying kanji will find this app useful and fun. I really like how the kanji are presented in multiple styles (examples of standardized characters as well as hand written). Overall, very good study aid.

You learn by guessing what the Kanji meaning is in relation to its English translation which is the most inefficiant way to learn Kanji. This app is a waste of time.

Good app but the handwritten kanji is sometimes difficult to distinguish and sometimes one needs to be used to the level of kanji appearance to guess which kanji is displayed. One mistake I found: 少 meaning should be "few" NOT "little", as in few cats, not little or small kittens.
