The Great Tournament 2

I was happy when I know there's a sequel of the great tournament. However, this sequel feels more like an expansion to me, not a fully sequel. You really need to play the first part to be able to take different routes for the second part and immersed yourself to the story, although you can just do a new game and set the predetermined choices. Overall, it's good but not great.

The first one was amazing, loved it so much and played it hundreds of times. However, the second one was not quite as I expected. The story was very good, but wasn't the best for a sequel. Was not worth the money, but if you have the money, not the worst. It also seemed somewhat rushed. Good story, but could have been written better

I think i may have suffered from over hyping myself up for this game. Absolutely loved the first game, and this game did have some good gameplay changes, but the whole experience was underwhelming. I was not nearly as immersed as i was in TGT, and it seemed to lack the open world aspect i so loved. Excited for another playthrough to test out the random events. Worth the 2 bucks, but barely (so far).

I enjoyed the first game tremendously, however i have two issues 1) the ending choices made when you win the first book do not carry over to the second. I was expecting the heir of Daria carry over. It was disappointing 2) the second plotline where in you lost the first great tourament was inchoherent and disjoint. You play as the mc and later his child. This plotline lack focus. This could be a great sequal, but it was let down by poor writing. Its not worth the money i spend

This is a great game with many stories in it. It is clear that the author spent a long time making this and has passion for it. At first I was kind of disappointed, but seeing all of the stories he made where the choices mattered was great to see. It is hard making a sequel and I think the author did an amazing job.

I'm... well, quite disappointed. I can feel the cursory-ness in the writing. Not that this game is bad, it's just because the first game was so much better. 2 bucks not well-worth spending on. Let's say that was a token of my appreciation for the first game and for the author, sir Philip Kempton.

The first one was written with more care. This one gets incredibly sloppy and fast paced after the short intro. Nothing feels polished and the story that we do get does a disservice to the characters in the first game. I was surprised by how short a full playthrough was.

Decent, but definetly not as good as the first one, which i loved. I would love it if the author continued it or created a spiritual sequel and spend a bit more time on it. This feels somewhat incomplete but worth the buy if you liked the first one.

I Love it so much! Y not free tho?! (I got sucked in just from the first chapter) I recommend to people who can afford to pay for the whole thing. Its soo good!

Decent game with many more options, warfare and city management compared to the first depending on your position but does make you pay a small fee mid game to access more content.

Finished the game the same day I found out that a second part had been released. It's just that good

A strong follow up to the first book. It did feel as though the Prince story arc had a somewhat rushed conclusion.

My review for this game is overall positive. It has some great aspects and although it was a little rushed it makes u want to go back and play the first one to get a different ending so that u can experience the second one more. Ps the survival mode is dope. It really made me think on what moves I had to take. To win...although it felt that was left on a cliffhanger hope for more or even a full story of the survival mode sometime

The first game was such a good show but the second asking me to pay for it while the first did not is a big let down for me,as was the story

It is a great game and story so far it just feels like a DLC and I can't wait until I buy the full game to experience the rest of the awesome journey.
