Jazzy Theme for ExDialer

Jazzy ExDialer Theme is a skin to be applied to ExDialer. This ExDialer theme is fully compatible with Android™ 5.0 Lollipop(button press, animations, UI and more).
Please note that Jazzy theme isn't a standalone contact/dial app, make sure you have ExDialer installed to apply the theme.
