- het verbruikte datavolume buiten de Europese Unie
Bovendien kan je via de app rechtstreeks contact opnemen met onze klantendienst (via e-mail of per telefoon).
Hoe instellen ?
Om je mobiel verbruik te consulteren dien je je gsm-nummer in te voeren en te valideren.
Om dit te doen ga je naar de instellingen en voer je je gsm-nummer in. Klik vervolgens op de "valideer"-knop en hou de instellingen-scherm van de app open op je mobiel toestel.
Je ontvangt meteen een configuratie-sms waarmee de validatie van je gsm-nummer automatisch gebeurt. Check your free scarlet postpaid consumption via your smartphone.

Impossible d'activer l'application. Le lien fourni dans le SMS renvoie automatiquement vers le navigateur internet et aucune possibilité de choisir une autre application (my scarlet). Edit: I have managed to open the link in MyScarlet application. You have to copy the SMS text received and send it to your email. When you click on the link in the email you can select the browser application (my scarlet) and complete the activation.

It's impossible to validate yourself in the app. A sms is sent with a link, impossible to open in the app. Useless...

Just add more functionality and this tool has a lot of potential. Works very fluent and has a good look and feel.

As of this version mobile only customers actually may use the app. It's a basic app but it works. Only two fucntions: check your balance/usage and contact support. A widget for data usage would be nice but I'm already glad I can use the app now
