I love that I can import beer XML files. I take it with me to the beer supply store and can make changes on the fly if they don't have an ingredient I need. Missing features are mash and sparge amounts. Add those and this app rates 5 stars.

Very thoughtful features like showing whether inventory is sufficient for saved recipes. Doesn't seem to save to online storage, which makes me nervous about saving too much, but very useful for what it does. Would love it to track recipes made for taking notes on recipe attempts.

I love how easy it is to use. My numbers have been nearly dead on everyone. A few feature I would like to see added would be diastatic power calculator just so I don't mess up, and more info on flavor profiles on grains, adjuncts, hops, etc. I am new to brewing and am studying diligently to become good. This makes it easy. Look forward to a new update.

Very intuitive, easy to use. I have the app on two devices. Would be nice if i could sync or share recipes between the two.

I still love my pen and paper recipe book for when inspiration strikes, but your builder is awesome for crunching numbers and adjusting for efficiency.

Great app. I love the clean design and the fact that the dev seems to support it actively. The app has just enough functionality to allow me to prep a recipe and carry out a brew day. However, some additions I'd like to see are the ability to sync inventory across devices (so that I don't have to update inventory on both my phone and my tablet) and the ability to record the dates of brews. Keep up the great work on this app!

Great, simple, straight forward recipe storage. The interface is really slick and easy to use. There's just a few small changes that would be great in order of importance: 1) Being able to put in measured stats, rather than relying on the calculated ones 2) Other ingredients, I just brewed a beer with black peppercorns & would be nice to have a place to add that besides just writing it in the notes (also priming sugar) 3) Changing between metric & Imperial on individual ingredients; I use imperial on everything except measure my hops in metric, a dropdown on the hop addition page would be great 4) Dates, I like to put the brew and bottling dates on my recipes Not really any complete deal breakers, but these additions would really improve the user experience, I think. Thanks for a great app!

Neat and simple to use. To be perfect though I will have to agree with some previous posters, it would be nice to have an auto backup to drive and it would be nice to have the inventory sync as well so that I could work from either my phone or tablet.

I believe that there should be an option to include a picture of the beer and that it appears next to the title in the recipe section.

Every app should be designed like this, with a very simple intuitive interface. Pull down menus for selecting ingredients scroll quickly. I can create a recipe in less than a minute.

Serves my needs and is lightweight. I'd like to see automatic backups to gdrive, the ability to set reminders or tasks with alerts, and caramunich alphabetized before crystal. Thanks to the dev for building this app for free with no ads!

Does the space-hogging and useless sidebar really need to be taking up valuable screen real estate all the time?

No way to delete ingredients or recipes

If it had other tools needed while brewing , like beersmith, this app is great for inventory, for planning reciepe, but for brewing day is beersmith better:-)

Can't add spices or fruit or additional al ingredients that don't fall into the "yeast, hops, or grain" columns. Bleh.. Need to add those availability of misc ingredients.

Simple program that works well. Need a way to add flavor adjuncts and spices.

I have tried many of the brewing apps out there and this one tops my list. Easy recipe construction, intuitive interface and built in style guidelines. Lots of time and effort put into this and it shows. Give it a try you won't regret it.

This recipe creator is more than just recipes. It has wonderful descriptions for styles/ingredients. The attenuation for yeasts is a nice touch. My new go to brewing app!
