Brother iPrint&Scan

It's ok. Works with my Samsung S7. Sometimes it won't connect though if I'm not right next to it. Wish I could change whether I want color or not though. It doesn't give me that option which it should, cause a lot of the things I want printed I want in black and white but it will print exactly what the PDF shows. Other than that good app, I use it a lot.

Just reinstalled the app to see if problems had been corrected. Seems OK except for the type size. It it was any smaller, it wouldn't be readable even with a magnifying glass. No settings on the app or brother printer to correct the issue. It now prints an entire page and only uses 1/3 of the page or less. It does know that it has printed the hole page as it does print the next page on a new page.

This app is terrible, you cant even print pdf files! Make a native printing app or better yet avoide having to go through you app entirely. Brother prints are terrible at wifi printing!

What rubbish this app is. It just doesnt work on samsung s7. It simply fails to do anything. Dont waste ur time people... look elsewhere ! What crap !!

The combination of shoddy connection to brothers printers and the lack of ability for this app to read PDFs pretty useless. My technology seems to work perfectly fine with similar canon branded printers and apps. Brothers seems as a whole average to useless at best.

Won't open PDF files that other apps have no problem with. Just says "Cannot Open this Document", and fails. I'll never buy Brother devices again.

Slow. Keeps failing. Hard to even connect to the printer and won't even print. Hardly works on my S7. I got 1 printed thing out of it and that was the only time it worked lol.

This app doesn't work, I used it for first time to print a coupon for a restaurant and it printed very enlarged and to big for all text to be fit on paper even though print preview showed a normal sized coupon fit on the whole paper. Try testing your own app before releasing to the public...

Have this app on my S7 edge and on my Galaxy tablet and neither of them will reconnect to my printer despite connecting when I first obtained the printer a year ago. I can only use the printer from my laptop. Useless!!

Great app for my Brother MF printer. Scan to phone and print from phone works flawless. From Dropbox to this app decreases quality, but it's OK.

I didn't know we could take notes and create gifs on here. Imma find out.

This app is so ridiculously slow that it would be faster to start up my computer and print from there than to print a one page simple document from my phone.

Always just works, never seems to need the incessant configuring that others do.

Does not open PDFs where other apps don't have a problem with.

Please add option to rename the file and once your need to scanning A4 and A3 together. You cannot do it together. If the first paper is A4 it will scan A3 paper also in A4

Printer sounds violently when printing using this apps...please fix!

Was good, but now it asks for an internet connection to print PDF and word files. I see no justification for this, at least not for PDF files.

Hat mal mühsam funktioniert (Brother MFC-J470DW), mittlerweile wird der Drucker nicht mehr über WLAN gefunden. Vom PC lässt sich natürlich weiter drucken, auch per CloudPrint über die App. Nur eben nicht mehr direkt. CloudPrint ist für PDFs auch nicht zu raten, die Darstellung wird verändert, Bahntickets damit nicht mehr lesbar für den Zugbegleiter. Die Dateien werden offensichtlich irgendwo in der Cloud in das Druckerformat umgewandelt, anders ist die langsame Druck- und Anzeigegeschwindigkeit nicht zu erklären.

I updated the firmware using my imac. The app can't find any printer. So I typed in the IP manually and it showed an icon for my printer. Great... except after that it continually scans then says no device found. This shouldn't be THIS hard. Updated: new phone... app still doesn't work.

PDF printing required internet access , but why? It took a lot of time in that and stopped midway. Moreover there is no option to select dpi due which the prints are extremely slow due to high quality when not needed. I hope u improve the app and make it much easier to use

While using this app,We have connected printer to wifi router, wifi router does not have any internet connection.we are unable to find the printer while printing pdf file error says"there is no internet connection".to a surprise we are able to scan and print jpeg files without any problem from the application. Please suggest the solution on top priority . Printer model DCP7065DN

I've had a Hotmail account for decades. I'm not changing it just to be able to print from my phone - which was the purpose of getting this primer in the first place. If I wanted propriety, I'd use Apple. Just a pain to return this printer now.

This app sets the scanner at such spartan quality that it zips over the page in about half a second, draws something like what you got from a 1970's dot matrix printer and makes you want to send the device back. There's no setting to control the resolution, so it's only when you try it on the PC that you find out that the scanner is any good. There are no printer settings either. It's what you get from people who think phones are just toys and everything important happens on the laptop.

Works well. 5 stars if you add the fax option too on my MFC 7360N
