This app lets you launch phone apps by dialing numbers, it is useful if you have apps hidden from launcher (you don't want others to see), or you are driving on the road or you have too many apps installed and just don't want to spend time looking for them,
Note it does not cost any money, dial a number only launches corresponding app, it will not really reach telco network.

I would like to be able to launch a shortcut. IE My car only supports bluetooth dial out, when connected to the phone, it would be awesome if I could launch the utter shortcut so I have voice interaction with the car.
