I'm continually getting app forced closes on my pixel xl, only, I never launched the app since my last reboot. Why on earth does this app need to start in the background given its use for recharging & checking my balance. Does the job when I need to recharge, but otherwise poorly implemented

Have to go to PC to recharge, rarely works thru app - after hanging for quite a while it doesn't recognise my ph numb?? Very tiresome. However, display on screen with stats is very handy.

It works. It does the job. The only thing I'd wish for is more flexibility with notifications. I can set it to notify me when a bill is ready, which is good. I manage two pre-paid phones for my kids all under the same account, and I'd like to get notifications of when their credit is low. Give us this, and you get 5 stars.

Occasionally account status is not updated and still shows amount outstanding even though its paid. Still happens even after refreshing screen and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Not bad. Fix the bug then I'll give it 5 stars.

It's ok, but it's constantly giving me a notification that it's crashed even when I haven't been using it and it isn't open in my background apps. I've even reset my phone, no apps open at all and the notification takes over the whole screen, stopping me from doing what I was doing. Very close to uninstalling the app.

The app works really well for me... however, it doesn't want to show my bills properly. It says my bills are overdue even though they've been paid. Hopefully this is fixed soon!

March 30th update has fixed the issue of data unavailability. Also works better than before...now reports both total shared data as well as individual device data on shared business plan. Back to 5-stars. PREVIOUS REVIEW-Has been several months since its worked - never reports data usage due to technical difficulties. Have tried logout/login, reinstalling etc. In terms of reporting each of our 4 devices' data usage for our small business DOT account, this app is useless.

Absoutely useless. I was overseas and needed to use this app to check my data usage on the overseas pass so as not to go over my limit. For 24hrs the app did not work, firstly saying the service was temporarily unavailable and then saying it was experiencing technical difficulties. Then the 24hr chat was unavailable because no operators were present. Useless, and I will be formerly complaining to Telstra for selling a broken product while still overcharging me for going past my data limits when I had no way to check. Avoid at all costs.

It's a great app for monitoring usage, but recently it's battery consumption was so bad I had to uninstall it. April 2017: I have reinstalled it and it still has the same battery usage problems

Doesn't connect to accounts automatically, and the desktop website you're told to use doesn't seem to have the requisite page to add managed account, plus forever has you in a 1/2 logged in/logged out state. Bloody useless.

With the roll over to nbn the app displays 2 home phones & 2 internet services for our current number / email address. Billing is OK just the App is skewed same problem on My Account. Other than that issue the app works OK for monitoring plans & usage.

Doesn't work at all on my Samsung S7. Perpetually says it is experiencing technical difficulties. Tried talking to Telstra shop - waste of time. Tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling. No change.

Since I updated my battery drains at an alarmingly fast rate - not tech savvy & have been to Samsung 3 times last week - loath attempting a visit to Telstra (I don't have a spare 2 hours) especially after the NBN debacle - will be uninstalling this & hope this fixes my battery problem - phone is 2 years old

The app only works while in Oz... I have been in China for 2 years and if I try and recharge before I fly back it does not allow. And I even use Express VPN. No difference. Ie: app only works while in Australia and is a pain the rest of the time
