Easy to setup everything works fine for me. For the price not bad setup. For those trying to fast forward recordings and just keeps going back to the beginning your phone needs to be on a wifi connection then it works. Only issue is continues to record rather than just when motion detected even though senisivity is adjusted. Camera quality could be better.

I created account and it worked ONE DAY. Then I can not login any more And it doesn't recover password by email. The reset link email doesn't fix it... Now I read many reviews about the same problem... Update: it worked for an hour and now I can't login. Why don't they remove login. It already required device login info. Just starting app requires login through their server which seems down so many times.

Working great I on all my devices V 4 to 7 android. HTC Samsung & LG. do wish I could zoom in w/o it springing back. But I don't understand why so many negative reviews. Even works with a cheap tracfone. On edit true pc software does not work on Windows 10. Might contact on that

Why does this app have to know who you call and who is calling you? Why does it need to know my browser history and app installed? This app doesn't need blue tooth hostory. So why does a dvr i paid for have an app require all my personal information? Easy data mining to sell your customer's private information.

App was working OK for a few weeks, now saying "connecting failed". Reinstalled the app, rebooted DVR, no luck. The zosi app on my PC still works, so should not be login issues.

This freaking system sucks, first problem they send me the system without the hard drive. Which was suppose to be already installed it took forever for me to get one to install. I have tried connecting with this app it never let me connect connection failed always come up. And it seems to only work if I am at home with the system. Also I have 7 cameras connected and are only able to see 4 of them. I wish I would have purchased cameras from Menards,Home Depot, or even Wal-Mart to have been a better system. The cameras show a great picture but the support for this system and app are terrible. Dan

I've had this system for a while. I've not had any issues till now. The app won't log in. It says system failed to connect. My pc program is still working though.

Wont log you in after registering. Once you get it to work. It works for a little while then starts saying connection failed. I uninstalled and reinstalled amd still doesnt work.

I install cameras, and now I'm having problems with all my clients, you guys can't just let a problem like that happen. It worked fine until the last update

This application is garbage... I can't login..I keep changing my password and then try to login and it want allow me to ...I uninstalled it, and then reinstall it, and I still can't log in...

This app is terrible. Lots of can't connect issues. I would never buy a zosi product again since this app doesn't work most of the time. They need to fix this problem.

I been trying to open the app and it keeps shutting down on me. It's an inconvenience since I want to be able to be aware of what's going on. I hope you guys can fix the problem.

I spent hours trying to get the app download ,when I try to sign in it is giving error. I do not see a menu to click on as per the instructions and I cant call anyone from the company to fix the problem.it should not be so difficult to set up.

Absolutely useless app. Does not support real time playback. Also zosi CCTV camera system not any better either. AVOID THE NAME...ZOSI

Install and works fine. There are a few issues, but it has no effect on the app. Meaning that it is not useful.

The app constantly crashes and I can never log in. The other apps from this company are just as crappy. Its Useless...

Can't log in, why bother.. cameras work, but I got this to use my phone to check in on things, needs to be fixed

Garbage cant log in anymore. Keeps saying invalid password and i have reset my password multiple times and does not let me view cams on my phone

The app seems to only work when I'm at the premises, otherwise it says connection failed. There must be a way for the company to rectify problems. Not Kool!!!

I made an account and sent the i.d. device on this app, the problem is, this app is failed to connect through the cameras which have been installed. Please FIX this as soon as possible. Thanks.

It won't connect to the cameras so o reinstall it, then works fine for a day the it doesn't work at all till I delete and reinstall it again

What is the point of this app if it doesn't work? Logged in and fails every time to connect to the cameras. Also it does not support Windows 10. No help from Zosi.

Bought this and configured it. In the monitor it works great but whenever I try to use the app on my phone to view from my cameras its not logging in. What's wrong? What username Do you need for me to logged in?

App worked fine to start then got "connection fail" and incorrect password fails, I deleted app, downloaded again, still same, I registered a new account, new username, password etc and it has been running fine ever since. Worth a couple of mins to register again

Garbage: cameras don't load. Returning this POS DVR to Amazon.

It is fine when im connected to my home Wi-Fi network. The issue is that the application boasts to be able to monitor activity anywhere and anytime on Wi-Fi or mobile networks. That is not the case.

Can't login away from home. Please fix issue. Great product but horrible support.

app crashes only after installing the app on another phone. Other than that its ok.

It use to work fine but now it randomly gives problems. Me and my wife have the same phone and it works on hers but not mine, why? I've installed it and set it up on both phone from the beginning.

Fail to connect is the standard thing you will see...absolutely useless app

It didn't work for me untill i installed the hard drive.

This apps is great easy to install and can be access anywhere thru my mobile phones . I have 8 cams installed and all working well.
