I have used this app for so long and loved it. I accidently deleted it so downloaded again but now i can't log on. I've reset my password alot of times and still can't log on. It just keeps saying my consumer number is wrong which it is not and that i have tried to log on in correctly too many times. Im just going around in circles and it's frustrating! Please help.

Ever since I moved house it doesn't show me the monthly, daily or hourly power usages anymore. If this can't be fixed than I'm just going to delete the app. If I just wanted to see my power bill I'd just go online.

Hourly usage is back, thanks for listening. have upgraded feedback. Old feedback was ; Most useful feature removed with latest update. Please reinstate hourly usage as per below comments. You have stated 'most' customers weren't using the hourly feature so I can only assume there is a vocal minority who did and we are hurting your ranking.

First app I've ever seen that fails so miserably so quickly after installing. Can't even login. Correct username and password and perfect internet .... yet it shows network connection error. Disasterous

Use to keep updating and would show the previous day now lags four days behind and we have the newest version it won't show hourly usage have emailed query with no reply ....have tried hourly in the settings comes up as not avaliable

The app doesn't show accurate usage on a daily basis; checking my own daily usage compared to the app shows there's a difference between what the app shows and what actually is used, sometimes this is 1-3 unit difference all the way up to a 10 unit difference. Ive also noticed that was of today 29/8, the app is only showing info up till the 25th only. Not good

All I can view is my bill, which I can just do online anyway. None of the other supposed features are there. I can view my usage or anything.

Easy to see track hourly use once I figured out how to turn that option on. I like being able to keep track of my account balance and see how much my bill is going to be for the month. Best bit is ordering LPG is quick and easy.

I'm in a low cell reception area so no data is sent from the meter meaning I don't get full use of app. Apparently can not be fixed. All my other electric/data devices work through a cell booster (suresiginal) or wifi but genesis have told me they wont explore those options. :(

The old app had hourly updates for your energy readings but they've dumbed it down for this version to only show daily. Probably so you can't see where you're spending your energy.

Monthly and daily are handy but to me when I'm home doing the same habits around the house and then all of a sudden one of those days are different from the rest I want to know where my power is going.. 400 per month is crazy high vs 250 in sunmer.

The previous version of this application allowed a breakdown of power use by hour of the day. This was the only useful part and now it has been taken away. I see from other reviews that I am not alone in this complaint. I think you might want to listen to your customers and reinstate that feature pretty quickly. Whilst you are at it, please include the ability to break down power use by tarriff type, ie always on vs controlled hot water tarriff.

Just noticed you removed the hour by hour view. This is rather disappointing as I liked this functionality. Just how much that fan I just started using is consuming will, unfortunately, forever remain a mystery. It would be great if you would consider bringing it back.

It's basically the Web version in an app. Complete waste of time. FINALLY got a smart meter and terribly let down. Time to make the move to a provider who's apps etc work and they give you free power. Genesis never gives anything but a bill. Catch ya genesis.
