You can click Menu->Sort to sort apps in different sort types.
Long click on the specified app in the list, there will be a poped up context menu to provide more options. You can send the apk files by email by click Send, and you can search the app in the google market by click Search Google Market.

Use root to install the apps. It's annoying to click next a lot. No app manager will use root except all in one toolbox that lacks 2 folder deep scans.

I'm not sure if I really need this app as I don't have an SD card in my phone. I only have the main card.

Most of the time, when I try to click on details, or take me to google play, it comes up with a completely different app than the one I click on. Sometimes its the right one but 75% of the time it isn't. None of the functions work if it can't recognize the right app. I wanted to like this, but it just doesn't work.
